How to switch from variable rates to stable rates on v3?

I am currently working with Aave v3 and I am having trouble switching from variable rates to stable rates. I have tried a few different methods but none of them seem to be working.

  • Aave Protocol
  • Borrow rate

Stable rate is not available only variable on Aave v3.

Thus stable rates are only available on v2 but there also not all tokens can be borrowed stable.
