First, simpler question: Where can I find with tokens are able to be used in Aave flashloan?

Secondly, I've tried using APIs for this, I've tried hard coding this and I couldn't get it to work: how would it be possible to call the asset price, address and exchange for every crypto available on all Decentralized Exchanges into one sheet or program?

Any asset that can be borrowed can be flash loaned, about the 2nd, you would need to do such calls to the oracles or DEXes you wish to ffetch, I dont think there is a standard or general way to call those;
