What are the different fields or values expressed in terms RAY and WAD units?

I am encountering an issue where I am unable to withdraw tokens. Upon confirming the transaction, an error message stating "Internal JSON-RPC error" appears. Has anyone else experienced this problem before? Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

This example I borrow BTC using 1 ETH as colletral:

1. Is it possible to get information about what happens to the 1 ETH taken as collateral in the Aave?
2. Does Aave use the ETH of the service in their own business or is it only to secure the repayment of the loan?
3. Do you have to pay back the loan 0.05 BTC in bitcoins or can the repayment also be done in another way?
4. How is interest paid for a 0.05 BTC loan? Does this have to be paid in bitcoin or do you have alternative payment methods to choose from?

Is there a way to tell the code to, rather than "deposit 1 eth worth of WBTC" deposit "500$ worth of WBTC" Lets say I am depositing 0.01 WBTC, but I want to work with USD in my app, so I want to be able to tell the app to deposit "284,96$" in WBTC rather than "0.01 ether". Is that possible ?

Do you know how to interpret configuration field in a response from the `getReserveData `view function in Aave v2? I saw the developer documentation, but still dont understand numbers.    

An example value for DAI:  18447685933649875181076 doesnt match with what I see on aave UI.
